3 Gal. Yogurt LF Vanilla 5 LB |
8 Pound Blueberries 12/6 OZ |
9 Pound Strawberries 8/1 LB |
Very Berry Yogurt Pizza Directions
- Thaw flatbread.
- Wash blueberries and strawberries. Chop strawberries.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place flatbreads on sheet pan (8 flatbreads per sheet pan) and toast for 7 - 10 minutes until crispy.
- Allow flatbreads to cool before proceeding.
- Top flatbread with a #8 scoop (½ cup) of yogurt. Spread evenly to the edges.
- Sprinkle a #16 scoop (¼ cup) of strawberries and #16 scoop of blueberries on top of the yogurt.
- Serve immediately.
